With our unique systems integration and project management, we have created world-class rooms literally all over the planet, both in terms of design and custom monitor systems. SYSTEM INTEGRATION

Perhaps the biggest challenge in building a recording studio is the total system integration. Sure, it's great to buy all that awesome gear, but let's face it, getting it all to flow together is a big task. Fear not, for Pro Audio Design "The Systems Company" is on the job! One of our specialties is putting it all together: getting the audio from point A to point Z,    eliminating pesky hums and noises, and getting the computers to talk to each other, just for a few examples.             Our experience comes from years of integrating SSL consoles into many a great room, as well as installing custom    main monitor systems. Our systems integration team can run the gamut from patch bay and wiring design all the way to acoustic room analysis ... and everything in-between.

 

CUSTOM ELECTRONICS

Selling as many vintage modules as we do, it is only natural that creating custom rack-systems would follow.   For years we have built powered custom racks to house mic-pre/eq modules or limiter modules by Neve, API, and more.  These custom racks, built by PAD, can be found in some of the world's best studios. We can also upgrade      or custom modify a system to the customer's specifications, or even modify those old modules themselves. Start with a convenient two-spacer, or load up with a fat ten-slot model. Our racks are proof that PAD's tech-shop is, pardon the pun, "Class-A".

 

CUSTOM WIRING

 

One of the unique services we offer is our technical "Custom Shop". If we can't make it, it doesn't exist! Clearly,    there are many needs in the professional studio   which are not off-the-shelf products. And the first step in your studio's wiring system is the design itself. It takes experienced, qualified technicians to ask all the "what if" questions in order to properly design and implement a studio's wiring flow.
